摘要
Microneedles deliver bioinspired lipid nanocarriers of FIN (FIN-NLC) to the deep skin layer, and FIN-NLC further specifically delivers FIN to hair follicles to promote hair growth in androgenetic alopecia. • Designed microneedles with finasteride nanostructured lipid carriers (FIN-NLC-MNs) • Enhanced FIN targeting to the hair follicles using bioinspired NLC • Improved hair growth, anagen restoration, and gene regulation by FIN-NLC-MNs • Combined NLC and MNs synergistically enhance skin penetration and anti-alopecia. • The strategy represents a promising drug delivery system for androgenetic alopecia.
