摘要
Composite materials can be applied to engine fuel pump volutes because they have the advantages of higher specific strength and specific stiffness. The purpose of strength analysis of heterogeneous volute is to obtain the stress and strain distribution of heterogeneous volute through theoretical analysis, so as to realize the optimization of its computer model structure. According to this law, based on the heterogeneous volute mechanical model, using numerical methods such as finite element analysis, the heterogeneous volute is subjected to three-dimensional finite element analysis to obtain the stress and strain distribution of the volute and determine the strength. It is a special-shaped volute, which provides a basis for the computer to evaluate the strength characteristics.
