摘要
Planar chial meta-surface (PCM) is a class of meta-materials, consisted of a two dimensional surface grating with a chiral-shaped pattern in its unitcell. It has been reported that appropriate choice of film materials and the shape of chiral pattern made it possible to induce giant optical activity (polarization rotation) [1]. In this study we focused on Si/Si 3 N 4 /SiO 2 PCM and investigated its potential feasibility as a patterned band-pass filter (BPF) in the NIR (near infrared) region through FDTD simulation.
