摘要
In a recent issue of Angewandte Chemie, Xie and co-workers reported a surface-vacancy-cluster-mediated ceria that can precisely engineer the reactive frustrated Lewis pairs (FLPs). They demonstrated that the FLPs efficiently accelerated the coupling and conversion of the intermediates, thus realizing the 100% atom-economical synthesis of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) from chemical conversion of CO2.
