摘要
The (FeCoNi)86Al7Ti7 high-entropy alloy (HEA) was fabricated using selective laser melting (SLM), followed by an aging procedure to produce precipitation. A series of electrochemical experiments revealed the aged HEA has better corrosion resistance than the as-printed specimen. The surface of the aged HEA was found to have a more stable and superior passive film. The Transmission Electron Microscope demonstrated the distinctive coherent crystal lattice structure displayed by the face-centered cubic (FCC) matrix phase and L12 phase within the aged alloy. The electrochemical performance is significantly enhanced by the interplay between stable oxide coatings and the particular crystal structure.
