EP33.05: Study on the correlation between the time of Fimbria overflow and pregnancy rate by transvaginal four‐dimensional hysterosalpingo‐contrast‐sonography

To explore the clinical application value of the duration of umbrella end overflow in evaluating the function of fallopian tubes by analysing the correlation between the time of hysterosalpingography and natural pregnancy outcome. Selected from January 2019 to April 2021 in Guangzhou medical university third hospital infertility reproductive outpatient clinic of 153 patients, the uterus oviduct contrast-enhanced ultrasound inspection, record the oviduct umbrella end of overflow time and ovarian ring of ten surrounded pelvic dispersion characteristics of overflow time. According to contrast-enhanced ultrasound of uterine fallopian tube the contrast agent in oviduct umbrella end different, divided into 2 groups, 1 group less than 30 seconds, 2 group 30 seconds overflow group. The patients were followed up for 1 year to observe the pregnancy rate between different groups, and the correlation between the time of hysterosalpingography umbrella end overflow and the natural pregnancy outcome was analysed. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups (X2=44.538, P < 0.05), there were statistically significant differences in the success rate of spontaneous pregnancy between different groups (X2= 46.217, 45.739, P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05) in the success rate of spontaneous pregnancy between the same groups of left and right oviducal contrast-enhanced ultrasound. The results of multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that the rapid overflow time of the umbrella end of bilateral salpinx was the influencing factor of natural pregnancy outcome (P < 0.05). The area under the ROC curve was 0.873 [95% CI (0.847, 0.914)]. There is a correlation between the rate of spontaneous pregnancy and the rate of spontaneous pregnancy.
