摘要
We introduce in this paper a definition for Olfactory Augmented Reality (OAR). We capitalize on definitions of olfactory’s synonyms, theoretical foundations of Augmented Reality field, as well as studies that have been conducted exploring olfactory sense in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), from which we draw inspiration and propose three properties of Olfactory Augmented Reality, such as Stimuli, Promixity/Timing, and Receiver, as key concepts of our proposed definition.
