摘要
This study evaluates the therapeutic potential of emodin in enhancing the anti-inflammatory phenotype of macrophages, proposing a novel treatment strategy for myocardial infarction (MI). Our objective is to overcome the challenge of myocardial repair post-MI by developing an innovative in-situ myocardial drug delivery system that reduces associated hepatotoxicity.
