Sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL) represents a significant clinical challenge, predominantly attributed to oxidative stress-related mechanisms. In this work, we report an innovative antioxidant strategy for mitigating SNHL, utilizing synthetically engineered allomelanin nanoparticles (AMNPs).
