摘要
Toxicity of CPA has been found in numerous species, like dogs, mice, monkeys, rats, laying hens, guinea pigs, lactating ewes, and chickens. The creation of the chromatographic technique is based on the ionogenic nature of CPA, which determines the polarity of both the mobile and stationary phases. Most chromatographic techniques include extraction of CPA and then isolation procedures prior to the determinative step. The bulk of CPA contamination in food items like groundnuts is caused by A. flavus, which often co-occurs with aflatoxins. Following lot segregation, the initial step in minimizing CPA contamination is screening to isolate particular components with high mycotoxin risk. The significant risk of aflatoxin and CPA is linked to loose shelled kernels being harvested and mishandled. Ionizing radiations such as ultraviolet, gamma rays, and electron beams have shown a pronounced effect on the destabilization of aflatoxins in peanuts, almonds, corn, dried figs, and dates.
