摘要
The fuel cell power system of forklifts mainly has two characteristics: highly concentrated components and limited space. The problem faced in the design of the cooling circuit is how to design the circuit in a confined space to meet the heat dissipation needs of various components. The thermal management system matching 42kW fuel cell system was designed. The thermal management system structure is built according to the spatial layout of the locomotive and the functional division of the fuel cell system, and the heat transfer requirements of the reactor cooling cycle and the power electronic cooling cycle are analyzed and calculated. Finally, two thermal management system design schemes are given according to the heat transfer requirements and matching component characteristics. Through the system design of integration, module design and strategy optimization, the demand of high power heat dissipation in limited vehicle body space is met.
