摘要
Paradoxical eczema-like eruptions have occasionally been described in patients with psoriasis treated with different biological agents. These therapies target different cytokines (Table I). The blockade of the Th1/Th17 pathway may lead to activation of the opposing Th2 axis, favoring the appearance of atopic-like eczema.1 We present the local cytokine profile evaluated by quantitative polymerase chain reaction of 2 patients with psoriasis with eczematous eruptions induced by anti-IL-17 drugs, trying to shed light into the pathogenesis of these reactions.
