Chemical Constituents from Corydalis raddeana

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the chemical constituents of Corydalis raddeana.METHODS:The compounds were isolated by macroporous adsorption resin,silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographic methods.Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS:8 compounds were isolated and identified as:capnoidine(1),protopine(2),α-allocryptopine(3),kikemanine(4),bicuculline(5),rutin(6),β-sitostero(l7),β-daucosterol(8),respectively.Compounds 1-8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.CONCLUSIONS:The results of trial can provide reference for further study of C.raddeana.
