摘要
To study the antifungal spectrum and stability of the antifungal components from Aspergillus niger xj fermentation broth.The antifungal spectrum was measured through filter paper method using 5 common pathogenic fungi as indicators.The antifungal stability was measured through changing of temperature,light,and pH.The fermentation broth from Aspergillus niger xj had varying degrees of inhibitory activity towards 5 pathogenic fungi species.Among these,activity against Fusarium solan was the highest,with inhibiting zones diameter of(45.11±0.21) mm.The antifungal components in the fermentation broth was stable to temperature,but wasn't to light and pH.The fermentation broth from Aspergillus niger xj had a broad antifungal spectrum.The antifungal substance should be extracted at80 ℃,pH 7.0.
