摘要
The solubility of gestodene in 11 different monosolvents (methanol, ethanol, n-propanol, 1-butanol, isopropanol, isopropyl acetate, ethyl acetate, acetone, butanone, acetonitrile, and water) and a binary solvent of methanol + water was determined at different temperatures ranging from 283.15 to 323.15 K by the shake flask method. The solubility of gestodene in the selected pure solvents and methanol + water binary systems rose with the augmented temperatures. The maximum solubility value of gestodene was recorded in isopropyl acetate and the minimum in water. The modified Apelblat, Van't Hoff, λh, NRTL, UNIQUAC, and Wilson equations described the solubility data in pure solvents. In addition, the modified Apelblat, Van't Hoff, λh, Jouyban–Van't, and Jouyban–Apelblat equations were employed to describe the solubility data in binary solvents. It could be concluded that the Apelblat model provided the best fitting result among the 11 pure and mixed solvents. The research can also provide a theoretical basis for industrial crystallization production.
