摘要
This paper introduces the automatic control system based on PID control algorithm, which adjust the roller-type cutter's height. Analyzed the 3MDZK-12 type cotton top-cutting machine's hydraulic elevator institutions and electrohydraulic proportional control system principle; Established the mathematical model of cutter's height control system, and using MATLAB to computer simulation and PID correction. The simulation results show that the system used for cutter height adjustment automatic control can obtain satisfactory control effect.
