摘要
According to the newly defined criterion in the definitive treatment of locally advanced NSCLC in recent studies, the limitation of the 15Gy area volume of the left anterior descending coronary artery(LAD) to less than 10% (LAD-V15<10%) seems to be associated with major cardiac events. In this study, it was aimed to evaluate whether a LAD-sparing approach would be possible and clinical results by using the LAD-V15<10% criterion, without compromising target volume and other organ at risk (OAR) dose limitation parameters.
