摘要
The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into human resource management (HRM) represents a rapidly evolving area of practice and research. This review aims to identify nascent AI research trends within HRM and capture the value potential of technology. We outline the developmental trajectory of AI in HRM research and discuss the implications of management theories on AI in organizations. Based on co-word network analysis, the study identifies four pathways of published articles related to HRM: AI-enhanced collaboration, AI-driven workplace, AI-enabled business models, and AI-powered innovation. Finally, we highlight promising avenues for future research across four intersecting domains to advance understanding in this intelligence era.
