摘要
This paper explores the concept of Corporate Digital Responsibility (CDR) in light of the rapidly evolving digital landscape and the increasing demand for responsible corporate behavior. As hospitality organizations adopt digital technologies, they face complex ethical, societal, and environmental challenges, including data privacy concerns, the ethical use of AI, and the environmental impact of digital operations. CDR offers a framework for addressing these issues, ensuring businesses balance innovation with responsibility. Through a systematic review of the CDR literature, this paper identifies key themes, frameworks, and challenges that shape current understandings of digital responsibility. It also highlights critical research gaps, such as the lack of universal standards, regional variations in digital responsibility practices, and the challenges of aligning ethical frameworks with business strategies. The paper suggests future research directions, focusing on the effectiveness of CDR initiatives, the role of regulatory frameworks, and the impact of technological advancements. Ultimately, this research contributes to the ongoing discourse on how organizations can integrate CDR into their strategies, ensuring a sustainable and ethical digital transformation that benefits both businesses and society.
