摘要
The era of big data calls for innovation. In recent years, with the widespread application of big data, enterprises increasingly demand innovative talents. Research plays a crucial role in enhancing innovation abilities. However, the traditional training model in higher education institutions does not sufficiently emphasize undergraduate research, resulting in a lack of research skills among undergraduates, which in turn affects their capability to innovate. This paper uses the qualitative research method to root the theory, based on the 156 undergraduate questionnaires from Shanghai Dianji University. Through open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, the research analyzes factors influencing undergraduate students’ research capabilities and proposes corresponding strategic recommendations.
