Seasonal and interannual variations of nutrients in the Subei Shoal and their implication for the world's largest green tide

The world's largest "green tide" (Ulva prolifera) has occurred every year since 2007 in the Yellow Sea. The Subei Shoal area is thought to be the origin of the green tide.
