Atypical parkinsonian syndromes, also known as Parkinson-plus syndromes, are a heterogeneous group of movement disorders, including dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB), progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), multisystem atrophy (MSA), and corticobasal degeneration (CBD).
