Study on rapidly detection of clenbuterol in pork liver

In order to solve the problem that clenbuterol in pork products exceeded the international standard,ELISA was used to determine clenbuterol pork liver.Extraction by alcohol and cold-heat treatment process were adopted to investigated the influence on clenbuterol.The results showed that cooked meat contained less clenbuterol residues by extracted with 70% methanol and heating for 30 min.
