Ultrasensitive humidity sensing and the multifunctional applications of borophene–MoS2 heterostructures

A fabricated borophene–MoS₂ heterostructured sensor shows ultrahigh sensitivity, fast response, long life, good flexibility and high selectivity, which exhibits potential applications in human breath diagnosis and non-contact switch sensing systems.
