摘要
We demonstrate an strategy for improving the luminescence thermostability by tuning site symmetry in the SrGa12O19–LaMgGa11O19:Cr3+ system. End-member SrGa12O19:Cr3+ with 45% EQE has potentials in high-power and efficient NIR pc-LED applications.
