摘要
Aiming at the decision-making problem under the condition of information overload in the quality management of aerospace products, a method is proposed to improve the quality and the efficiency of decision-making by establishing a quality problem knowledge graph. We established a top-down quality problem knowledge graph construction process model and designed the data model layer of the quality problem knowledge graph. With the reference of the designed knowledge graph, we constructed the concept-attribute-relationship ontology model of quality problem knowledge and put forward the strategy of knowledge entity and relationship integration. Finally, a knowledge management system for product quality problem was developed and initially applied in an aerospace product development enterprise. The results of the research can provide a reference for the intelligent application of quality big data.
