Abstract Penicillium sp., isolated from the leaves of Taxus cuspidata, produced three new penicillides, 3′-O-methyldehydroisopenicillide (3), 2′-hydroxy-3′,4′-didehydropenicillide (4) and 1′,2′-epoxy-3′,4′-didehydro-penicillide (6) as well as the known compound dehydroisopenicillide (2) when grown in liquid culture. These structures were determined by analyses of HR-FABMS, DQF-COSY, PFG-HMQC, PFG-HMBC, and NOE data. Key Words: Penicillium Taxus cuspidata penicillide
