Domestic research progress of establishing the immunosuppressive mice by immunosuppressant

Recently,the rate of the immunosuppression and virus infectious diseases of human and animal is increasing,which is caused by the environmental pollution and ecological imbalance.For further study these diseases,immunosuppressive animal model is introduced in animal experiments.The methods for establishing the Immunosuppressive animal model and evaluation are continuous improvement.However,there are also some limitations.This paper summarized and concluded the operation methods to establish the immunosuppressive mice by immunosuppressant.Knowing about the latest research progress of immunosuppressive animal model can standardize the diagnostic criteria and provide basis to seek for uniform,stable and simple animal model.
