Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the function of relieve anxiety, depression and the change of immunity-related indexes of cervical cancer patients after radical hysterectomy

Objective To explore the effect of relieving anxiety and depression on the immunity indexes with cervical patients after radical hysterectomy. Methods 156 cases of cervical cancer patients after radical hysterectomy who got medical treatment at our hospital from May 2009 to May 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 78 patients in each group, patients in control group received conventional nursing, while patients in observation group were cured with psychological nursing interventions based on their psychological trait. The psychological characteristics and immune indices of these two groups were detected. Results Before the intervention, SDS, SAS and immunology indexes showed no significant difference between these two groups(P>0.05); After the intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of observation group were significantly lower (P 0.05); Two scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.01); Moreover, T lymphocyte subsets (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+) and the level of TNF-α were improved distinctly after the intervention (P<0.01). And the CD3+ T and CD4+ T were significantly higher than those in the controls(P<0.01); T lymphocyte subsets CD8+ T and TNF-α show obviously lower in observation group (P<0.01). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention could improve cervical cancer patients’ depression and anxiety mental health, enhance their immunity function, improve the prognosis, and obvious treating effect.
