摘要
Aiming at the problems that the push rod mechanism of a lightweight red date pitting machine adopts a planar crank slider mechanism, which is easy to jam, and the transmission accuracy of the flat crank movable guide rod structure is not high. The design scheme of a light red date pitting machine based on the planar crank slider mechanism is proposed. The correctness of the design scheme is verified through the establishment of mathematical model, simulation analysis, and kinematics analysis. The prototype experiment shows that light red date pitting machine has the characteristics of stable and reliable operation, lightweight design, convenient operation, and high efficiency etc.
