摘要
Objective To observe the the effect of soybean peptides on leucocytes and activity of NK cells of leucopenic rats induced by cyclophosphamide and normal rats. Methods 40 rats were randomly divided into four groups on the basis of total white blood cells: positive control group, low-dose, middle-dose and high-dose groups. The rats of each group were injected with cyclophosphamide intraperitoneally to result in leucopenia. The rats in positive control group were orally given water, the rats in soybean peptides treated groups were administered intragastrically with different dosage of soybean peptides solution for 10 days. The leucocytes of rats were determinated in the fourth, sixth, eighth and tenth day. Activity of NK cells were detected in the tenth day. 30 rats were randomly divided into three groups on the basis of total white blood cells: negative control group, middle-dose and high-dose normal groups. The rats of negative control group were orally given water, the rats in soybean peptides treated groups were administered intragastrically with different dosage of soybean peptides solution for 10 days. The leucocytes of rats were determinated in the fourth, sixth, eighth and tenth day. Activity of NK cells were detected in the tenth day. Results High-dose of soybean peptides can elevate the amount of leucocytes of leucopenic rats; middle-dose and high-dose of soybean peptides can elevate the activity of NK cells of leucopenic rats, and high-dose of soybean peptide can elevate the activity of NK cells of normal rats. Conclusion Soybean peptides can significantly improve the immune function of leucopenic rats induced by cyclophosphamide and normal rats.
