摘要
Fusarium moniliforme SW-902 was immobilized in κ-carrageenan by entrapping, and the immobilized cells showed a high activity yield of D-lactonohydrolase. The optimum pH range and the optimum temperature of the immobilized cells were as same as that of the free cells. The batched hydrolysis of the immobilized cells were carried out every 24 hours for 30 days. The enzyme activity was stable and the average hydrolysis rate was 28.0%. Kept in refrigerator at 4℃ for eight weeks, the activity yield of D-lactonohydrolase by the immobilized cells was not decreased.
