摘要
Lightweight design of the mounting bracket is very important because it connects the antenna unit of airborne radar with the aircraft bracket. The topology optimization and lattice structure design technology based on additive manufacturing are used to lightweight the mounting bracket. Through finite element simulation, the mechanical characteristics of three kinds of mounting bracket structures are compared and analyzed. The results show that: compared with the empirical design, the weight of the topology optimization structure is reduced by 24.8%, the deformation under the maximum overload condition is the minimum, and the first-order mode is increased by 14.5%; the weight of the lattice material structure is reduced by 21.9%, the deformation under the maximum overload condition is the maximum, and the first-order mode is reduced by 3.5%.
