Fenestrated endovascular repair of an aortic intramural hematoma presenting with Ortner syndrome

Aortic intramural hematoma (IMH) rarely causes Ortner syndrome. Its most common symptom is chest or back pain. Herein, we present a rare case of painless aortic IMH presenting with Ortner syndrome.
