In situ single-crystal X-ray diffraction data confirm that the orthorhombic structure transforms into a triclinic structure at 5.3 GPa. The dependence of mode-Grüneisen parameter (γ l ) on vibrational frequency (ν l ) was determined at several pressures from the Raman spectra and compressibilities measured with a pistoncylinder apparatus. The behavior of γ l with ν l is roughly described by the expression γ l ∼ν l −2.
