摘要
With the rapid development of science and technology, it provides a good foundation for the development of pure electric vehicles, so that it can actively respond to the economic development needs of low carbon and environmental protection. As the core component of an electric vehicle, the overall structure and functionality of the battery box will directly affect the driving effect of the electric vehicle. Based on this, this paper takes the battery box of a four-seat electric car as the technical research object. Focus on designing the structure of the battery box, then perform extrusion calculation and analysis, and then use software to model, optimize, mesh, apply loads, and set boundary constraints, etc., and finally analyze through vibration simulation. The results verify that the designed battery box structure meets the design requirements. It aims to promote the comprehensive application value of battery boxes for pure electric vehicles. Hope to provide reference and reference for relevant researchers.
