Nd3+ doped and Er3+/Yb3+ codoped NaSrGd(MoO4)3 (NSGM) phosphors were synthesized and used to build an integrated temperature-feedback photothermal therapy platform. Intense green upconversion emissions were observed in Er3+/Yb3+-codoped NSGM phosphors and used to construct an all-fiber temperature sensing probe. The temperature dependent fluorescence intensity ratio (FIR) calibration curve was established and the absolute temperature sensitivity Sa reached the maximum value of 0.013 K–1 at 423 K. The photothermal conversion performance of NSGM:Nd3+ phosphors could be easily modified by altering Nd3+ doping concentration and 808 nm laser irradiation power. An integrated all-fiber photothermal temperature measurement platform was built and the temperature measurement error was smaller than ±1 K, which could simultaneously achieve photothermal conversion and temperature measurement in narrow spaces and was expected to be used in local photothermal therapy applications.
