Photocatalytic Minisci-type multicomponent reaction for the synthesis of 1-(halo)alkyl-3-heteroaryl bicyclo[1.1.1]pentanes

The recent development of photocatalytic one-pot multicomponent reaction meditated by consecutive photoinduced electron transfer (ConPET) process for synthesis of diverse (halo)alkyl BCP-aryls was highlighted. The mild and efficient method demonstrates its potential of various utilities in drugs discovery.
