摘要
Through evolving a precise RNA nuclease, hpCas13d, we have successfully inhibited hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in a compound heterozygous model. However, further investigation is needed to assess the long-term therapeutic effects and safety profiles of hpCas13d treatment.
