High temperature resistant composite materials and thermal insulation functional materials are widely used in high-speed aircraft load shields due to their excellent comprehensive performance. This paper analyzes and compares the advantages, disadvantages and application scope of ceramic based, resin based high temperature resistant materials and thermal insulation functional materials from the perspective of high temperature resistant materials and thermal insulation functional material systems for radomes. This paper focuses on the integrated design and preparation technology of a high temperature and heat insulation wave transmitting radome, and tests the heat insulation performance and wave transmission performance of the radome products. The test results are consistent with the theoretical simulation results and it meets the performance requirements of the radome.
