摘要
Two new steroidal saponins, chinenoside VI (1) and neomacrostemonoside D (8b), together with ten known saponins were isolated from the bulbs of Allium chinense. On the basis of chemical evidence and spectral analysis (IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 1H-1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC and SI-MS), chinenoside Vlwas established as (25R)-24-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3β,24β-dihydroxy-5α-spirost 3-O-α-arabinopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside, and neomacrostemonoside D was elucidated as neotigogenin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1→3)]-(6-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(1→4)-β-D-galactopyranoside, respectively.
