摘要
Here, we study the thermal and transport properties of topological single crystal TaNiTe5 down to near 0 K and magnetic fields up to 14 T. By analyzing the variation of resistivity ρ and Seebeck coefficients S with temperature T, we provide the evidence of electron-electron scattering and electron-phonon scattering in the lower and higher temperature region, respectively. The dependence of S and κ on magnetic field H is well described by two-band model of conduction |ΔS/S|∝Hn and |Δκ/κ|∝Hn for various temperatures, which also suggests electron and phonon are two kinds of carriers and benefit to the thermal conduction.
