Characteristics of Field Operation Data for Optical Transceivers in Hyperscale Data Centers

We collect and analyze field operation data of optical transceivers in hyperscale data centers, including temperatures, infant mortality and causes of failures, to shed some light on reliability of optical transceivers in data centers.
