摘要
One-pot β-hydroxybutyrate synthesis from CO 2 and acetone in an aqueous solution with acetone carboxylase and β-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase extracted from Rhodobacter capsulatus SB1003 by culturing in an acetone–bicarbonate medium was developed.
