摘要
Herein, we aimed to develop a new environmentally friendly, practical and low-cost LPME method based on hydrophobic eutectic solvent (hES) synthesized using biodegradable dl-menthol (Me) and decanoic acid (DeA) for the spectrophotometric determination of toxic basic fuchsin (BF) dye. Some important parameters affecting recoveries such as pH, mole ratio and volumes of hES containing Me used as hydrogen bond acceptor (HBA), and DeA used as hydrogen bond donor (HBD) and type and volume of organic solvent used for dilution, sample volume, vortex, ultrasonic and centrifuge process times have been optimized. Under optimal conditions, a good linearity for BF was obtained in the range of 3.3-167 µg L-1 (R2=0.9994). Limit of detection (LOD), relative standard deviation (RSD, %), and recovery values (R%) were 2.25 µg L-1, 2.46% and 105 ± 3%, respectively. The proposed hES-LPME strategy was successfully applied to the water samples for toxic BF determination of (95- 105%).
