摘要
In recent years, superhydrophobic coatings on aluminum alloys have attracted great attention due to their excellent anti-corrosion resistance. In this paper, the theoretical model of wettability state of superhydrophobic surface and its protection mechanism were firstly discussed, then various fabrication methods and research progress of successfully preparing superhydrophobic coatings on aluminum alloys are reviewed. In addition, the multifunctional properties of the superhydrophobic coatings, such as self-healing, corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance, are summarized along with their application. Finally, the future development direction of superhydrophobic coatings on aluminum alloys surfaces and some problems to be solved at present are summarized and prospected.
