Goat milk is an indispensable part of China's dairy industry. Milk in different lactation periods has different nutritional values. To explore the protein differences of Guanzhong dairy goat milk in different lactation periods, this experiment used Tandem Mass Tags technology to analyse the differences between colostrum group and mature milk group of Guanzhong dairy goats. The results showed that 241 differential proteins were screened in colostrum and mature milk, of which 80 proteins were significantly up-regulated, 161 proteins were significantly down-regulated, and goat colostrum exhibited more metabolic pathways related to the immune system, while mature milk exhibited more pathways related to angiogenesis and bone development. This research result promoted the study of protein polymorphism in goat milk and provided a theoretical basis for further revealing the nutritional value of goat milk at different lactation stages.
