Monocular Vision Loss in a Patient With Earache and Night Sweats

A 62-year-old patient had a history of painless vision loss in her right eye, right ear pain and fullness, sinus discomfort, nasal congestion without discharge, drenching night sweats, cramps in her quadriceps, and weight loss.
