摘要
To improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy, the superhydrophobic coating is prepared on AZ31B magnesium alloy by hydrothermal treatment and surface modification in the fluorosilane methanol solution. The effects of samples kept in sealable plastic bags for 8 months on the superhydrophobic properties and corrosion resistance of superhydrophobic samples are investigated. The results show that the water contact angle of the newly prepared superhydrophobic coating can reach 164° ± 2° and can be increased to about 180° after being stored for 8 months. Compared with the AZ31B matrix sample, the corrosion current density of the newly prepared superhydrophobic AZ31B sample is reduced by about four orders of magnitude. After 8 months of storage, the corrosion current density of the sample is further reduced by about one order of magnitude, and the corrosion voltage is further increased.
