Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of combination therapy in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer TCM dietary supplements with TP chemotherapy scheme based on. Methods: in our hospital from 2008 January to 2010 April were 74 cases of patients with advanced ovarian cancer,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the control group only with chemotherapy regimen TP treatment,the experimental group based on the use of dietetic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Jianpi Decoction Combined with treatment,observation of the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results: the experimental group after 1 years treatment quality of life was significantly higher than the control group,2 years after the transfer rate and the mortality rate was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: in the chemotherapy plus TCM dietotherapy Yiqi Jianpi Decoction,can effectively improve the quality of life in patients with advanced ovarian cancer,reduce the lesions of metastatic,improve survival period.
